












TRANING PROGRAMS
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Availabile for Children Ages 5-12 & Adults
Our BJJ program is one of ATT Miramar’s core training programs. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a form of self-defense that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is taught using the Gi/Kimono.
No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
Very similar to our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu teaches grappling techniques that can be applied in self defense situations. This class is taught using a with T-Shirt & shorts.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) - Availabile for Children Ages 8-12 & Adults
Mixed martial arts (sometimes referred to as MMA or UFC) utilizes a wide variety of disciplines techniques, including striking and grappling. This program blends the key elements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing and Conditioning.
Striking
Striking teaches techniques such as kicks, knees, elbows, punches, and clinch work. The class incorporates elements of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai to train the student in mental as well as physical conditioning. This class is instructed by ATT Miramar Head Instructor and Pro fighter, Wilson Gouveia.
Judo - Availabile for Children Ages 5-12 & Adults
Judo is an evolution of Jiu Jitsu teaching throws and takedowns as well grappling. Body control, arm locks, and takedown techniques are taught in the curriculum.
Muay Thai
Muay Thai will teach techniques including kicks, punches, and the extensive use of knees and elbows. It is an effective and brutal martial art originally from Thailand.
